## New in this version

Added the Access Management page to the UI for managed Cloud account memberships, API keys, and secrets.

### Features

-   New loading screen - Added improved loading screen for the clusters pages.
-   Access manager page - Added access manager page for controlling Cloud members, API keys, and secrets.
-   Enhanced cluster details - Added additional fields ZoneIDs and CIDR range to cluster details.
-   Region optimization - Disabled two AWS regions that nobody was using.
-   Expanded regional coverage - Added more requested AWS regions.
    -   ap-south-1
    -   ap-southeast-2
    -   us-east-2
    -   us-west-2
-   Improved error messaging - Enhanced the API error returned when AWS doesn’t provide instances requested.

### Bug fixes

-   Cluster count accuracy - Fixed the count for decommissioned clusters.
-   Members page loading - Fixed a bug where the members page sometimes wouldn’t load when an invitation had been partially processed.
-   Cluster name display - Fixed a bug where the cluster name could fall off the status chip on the clusters page.
