A cardholder calls about a recurring charge at Cozmic Pizza. Run the support agent’s query to find that merchant’s open disputes.

1. Search for open disputes at Cozmic Pizza. Cozmic Pizza has two disputes in the dataset, but only one is still open.

    Terminal

    Terminal

    ```bash
    curl -fsS -G 'http://localhost:9200/aerospike/_search?pretty' \
      --data-urlencode 'q=merchant:Cozmic AND status:open' \
      | grep -E '"value" : [0-9]+|"merchant"|"status"|"memo"'
    ```

    Open Cozmic Pizza disputes

    Expected output

    ```text
    "value" : 1,
              "merchant" : "Cozmic Pizza",
              "status" : "open",
              "memo" : "Weekly pizza night standing order"
    ```

    The hit count of one confirms the filter works: Elasticsearch returns the open standing-order dispute, not the resolved duplicate-charge case.

Try broadening or narrowing the query on your own. For example, `status:open` returns every open case, and `memo:subscription` matches the one dispute whose memo mentions a subscription.
