Improvements

This release adds support for index definitions in yaml files as input and output. [VEC-185]
Added the node ls command. [VEC-266]
You can now perform queries using asvec. [VEC-272]
Installing asvec using .rpm or .deb does not create symbolic links. [VEC-333]

Breaking changes

This version of asvec is not backwards compatible with AVS server 0.9.0 and earlier.
