Aerospike Customers See Continued Growth and Success in 2016

We’re not really ones for clichés here at Aerospike. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. (Yea, if you’re throwing it at him.) It takes two to tango. (Says the person who hasn’t seen my solo tango.) There’s more than one way to skin a cat. (We’re going to go ahead and trust you on this one.)

But there is one adage we firmly believe in—A company is only as successful as its customers. Here at Aerospike, we are fortunate to have seen fantastic growth, IPOs, and numerous acquisitions among our customers over the past few years. To close out 2016, we wanted to recognize a few of our successful customers and say a heartfelt thank you to all of our customers for your continued support.

In 2016, seven Aerospike customers saw successful acquisitions, including Exelate, acquired by Nielsen in March and TubeMogul, acquired by Adobe for $450M just last month. And who could forget AppLovin’s $1.4B acquisition at the end of September!?

Earlier this year, we also saw a successful IPO from one of our customers—Aerospike customer The Trade Desk IPO’d at $28.75 a share, $10 higher than originally anticipated!

But a company doesn’t have to be acquired or go public in order for it to be successful. In fact, Aerospike customer AppNexus has seen 100% year-over-year growth over the past few years and is now the largest privately owned AdTech company in the world. And let’s not forget InMobi, who has seen a 15-fold growth in China over the past four years.

This is just a handful of the Aerospike customers who continue to see growth and success; there are many more that we didn’t name. Thanks to all of you for your continued support, and congratulations on a successful 2016!
