Running conferences sustainably requires time, effort and unwavering intent. However, the impact it can have on our planet makes it worthwhile.
At Aerospike Summit 2023, we have implemented a few eco-friendly measures.
- We have chosen The Ritz-Carlton as our event venue, a chain committed to creating positive and sustainable impact at each and every one of their hotels and resorts.
- No single-use plastic water bottles: Each delegate will receive a glass water bottle to use throughout the event (and after). Please use the markers provided to personalise your bottle to avoid mix ups. There are water dispensers all around the event area for refills.
- Eco-friendly badges: Your event badges are made from 100% wood free cotton scrap paper with vegetable seeds embedded in it. After the event, the badges can be planted and grown into a plant.
- Minimal printed material: The program agenda, feedback form and other event information are all available digitally by scanning the QR code on the back of your event badge.
