Function resize

resize(bin, size, flags?): BitwiseOperation
Create byte "resize" operation.
Parameters
- bin: string
  The name of the bin. The bin must contain a byte value.
- size: number
  Number of bytes to resize the byte value to.
- Optionalflags: resizeFlags
  Optional resize flags. Default is bitwise.resizeFlags.DEFAULT.
Returns BitwiseOperation
Operation that can be passed to the Client#operate command.

Remarks
Server resizes bitmap to byte size according to flags. Server does not return a value.
