Function getByIndex

Create expression that selects map item identified by index and returns selected data specified by returnType.

getByIndex(bin, idx, valueType, returnType, ctx?): AerospikeExp
Parameters
- bin: AerospikeExp
  Map bin or map value expression.
- idx: AerospikeExp
  Index integer expression.
- valueType: type
  expression value type.
- returnType: maps.returnType
  Return type.
- Optionalctx: null | Context
  Optional context path for nested CDT.
