He has held executive leadership roles at SingleStore, Mirantis, Oracle, Infor, and i2 Technologies. Across those organizations, Don has built and led global teams, expanded into new markets, developed high-performing leadership organizations, and helped companies translate differentiated technology and market opportunity into significant growth, transformation, and successful strategic outcomes.

Don is also the founder of RevBasics™, an enterprise operating system codified through decades of operating experience to align strategy, leadership, decision-making, and execution around measurable business outcomes.
