We’re hours away from kicking-off Aerospike Virtual Summit ’20 – and I couldn’t be more excited. Even with the pivot to a virtual event, we have more than tripled registrations from 2019 (It’s a good thing the virtual world is a big room). Watching it all come together in recent weeks – thanks to the tireless work of my Aerospike colleagues and our fabulous partners – I am confident that we are going to have a productive and fun three days.

After a full day of training sessions tomorrow, we have two solid days of world-class presentations lined up for you. In these sessions, you’ll hear amazing stories of business transformation. These are the leaders who understand that the Digital Imperative requires companies to aggressively embrace digital change, or forever be left behind.

On Wednesday, following an opening keynote on “The Post-Digital Shift” by Ray Wang of Constellation Research, you will have an opportunity to hear about the extraordinary things being done by companies like Charles Schwab, PayPal, Intel, Virtual Minds, Grab and HP Labs.

We don’t ease off the gas at all on Thursday. Srini Srinivasan and Lenley Hensarling start the day by talking to Don Haderle, the “Father of DB2,” about some new innovations we are announcing on day one. Then Lenley follows that up by sitting down with innovators from Google Cloud Platform, Snap and Wayfair for a lively discussion about deploying and managing Aerospike in the Cloud. The late morning and early afternoon will feature more impressive sessions. And then we wrap up in style, with concluding keynotes from Sony and Adobe.

This kind of star-studded line-up has attracted quite a bit of attention. I would like to thank all of the people that have made this week possible. And, of course, a special “thank you” to our premier sponsors – Intel and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

I am mindful that the professional commitments made by so many come at a time when individuals are also coping with a variety of personal challenges at home as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are grateful for everyone’s efforts and wish all of you good health.

Regardless of where you are in the world and what device you’re using; we invite you to be part of Aerospike Virtual Summit ’20. If you haven’t already registered, there’s still time – register here.

Aerospike Virtual Summit ’20 begins tomorrow – we look forward to having you join us!
