He is currently an independent consultant specializing in digital marketing, content strategy/marketing, and technical marketing. With a strong background in technology journalism, Matt has contributed to numerous high-profile publications (PCMag, eWeek, InfoWorld, BYTE), spoken at conferences and trade shows (Kubecon, N+I, RSA), and has a significant presence in the tech community. He has held marketing and developer advocate roles at GridGain, Mesosphere (D2iQ), Imply, and MinIO and earned an MPH from Columbia and a BA from Cornell. Matt has been a CISSP since 2004.
