Node entitlements
Node entitlements set the maximum number of database nodes your Aerospike Cloud account can provision.
When you need entitlements
During preview, new Aerospike Cloud accounts may have 0 node entitlements by default. If cluster provisioning or launch fails due to entitlements, you need Aerospike to grant node entitlements to your account.
What to provide when requesting entitlements
When contacting Aerospike (your account team / sales engineer / support), include:
- Organization ID (recommended; do not rely on user ID alone)
- Requested node entitlements (for example, 2–3 nodes to complete the quickstart)
- Cloud provider / region
How to find your Organization ID
In the upper-right corner of the Aerospike Cloud console home page, click your profile icon to view your Organization name and ID. You can click the ID to copy it.
If you cannot locate your Organization ID, contact Aerospike and provide the email address you used to register.
