Managing Aerospike Cloud

This section covers managing your Aerospike Cloud organization and database clusters, including provisioning, scaling, configuration, user management, and networking.

Getting started

1. Set up your account with entitlements.

   Note

   Entitlements refers to the maximum number of nodes that can be created in an Aerospike Cloud account. Aerospike manages this number, which can be negotiated as part of an enterprise billing agreement. If you require more node entitlements, contact your Aerospike account manager.

   See Node entitlements for what to provide to Aerospike (including your Organization ID).

2. Create your first cluster using the console or API.

3. Configure VPC peering for secure connectivity.

4. Create database users for application access.

5. (Optional) Create secrets for sensitive configuration values.

6. Monitor and modify your cluster as needed.

7. Explore API automation.
