This release is a hotfix for Aerospike server 6.1.

The following issues are resolved with this hotfix.
AER-6766
(KVS) For strong-consistency namespaces, a replica write that spans two or more rebalances may succeed without being incorporated into a full acting master.

AER-6767
(STATS) Statically configuring any enable-benchmarks-... item to false will have the opposite effect.

AER-6768
(XDR) With DC context configuration item auth-mode pki, the get-config command will incorrectly display auth-mode=illegal.
