(TRANSACTIONS) During warm restart, a record that was created but not committed by a transaction will erroneously be added to a set index.

(TRANSACTIONS) For storage-engine device namespaces with sindex-startup-device-scan configured, uncommitted records are not correctly added to secondary indexes during the startup scan.
