This release is a hotfix for Aerospike Database 6.4.
Bug fixes
The following issues are resolved with this hotfix.
AER-6731
(STORAGE) A race condition when shutting down can cause the last block written to not be flushed to its shadow device/file.

AER-6732
(STORAGE) For storage-engine device and storage-engine pmem namespaces, a cold start after a clean shutdown may fail to use the local device/file.

AER-6735
(STATS) nsup_cycle_deleted_pct may incorrectly show as "100" when the namespace is empty and nothing has been deleted.
