This release is a hotfix for Aerospike Database 7.0.
Bug fixes
The following issues are resolved with this hotfix.
AER-6750
(BALANCE) For strong-consistency namespaces, a quiesced node may cause a sub-cluster half the roster size to be unnecessarily unavailable.

AER-6751
(KVS) Using namespace context configuration item evict-sys-memory-pct may cause runaway eviction.

(FABRIC) A race condition in accounting incoming fabric connections can cause a fabric or heartbeat thread to be blocked.
