Version 3.2.0 of the CLI tool, asvec, adds support for standalone indexes as introduced in Aerospike Vector Search (AVS) server 1.1.0.

• Added the list and update functions for standalone and distributed mode of an index using asvec. [VEC-502]

• Improved help text for index-labels. [VEC-522]
