The following improvements are included with this hotfix.
AER-6688
(XDR) Reduced the frequency at which partitions’ last ship times are sent to the principal when it is not a replica.

(KVS) Increased the maximum number of mounts configurable for flash and PMem indexes and sindexes from 16 to 32.

Bug fixes
The following issues are resolved with this hotfix.

(XDR) For strong-consistency namespaces configured to conflict-resolve writes but to not ship bin LUTs, client writes may be incorrectly rejected as losing a conflict.
