Issue: A range query on a list or map secondary index can overflow a record’s ref-count and assert.
Resolution: A range query on a list or map secondary index will no longer overflow a record’s ref-count and assert.

Issue: For index-type flash namespaces, configuring index-stage-size 4G or larger will cause warm restart to be abnormally slow.
