This version implements a variety of fixes to enhance usability and reliability.

This Python client version is only compatible with AVS version 0.9.0.

Issues fixed

• A none result while tending was causing the program to exit with an error. [CLIENT-3077]
• AVSServerError was not defined in channel_provider.py. [CLIENT-3078]
